1cupcrushed graham crackers (about 5 graham crackers)
optionalMint leaves for garnish
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Add the marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix until fully combined and fluffy.
Gently fold in the whipped topping to the cream cheese mixture until smooth and well incorporated.
In a separate bowl, mix the sliced strawberries with a tablespoon of powdered sugar (to enhance their sweetness). Let them sit for about 10 minutes to release some juices.
Carefully fold the strawberries into the cream cheese mixture until evenly dispersed.
To assemble, layer the fluff mixture with crushed graham crackers in a large serving bowl or individual cups. Start with a layer of graham crackers, followed by a layer of the strawberry fluff, and repeat as necessary.
Top with any remaining crushed graham crackers for a crunchy finish.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
Serve in clear glass bowls to showcase the beautiful layers, and garnish with a mint leaf on top for a pop of color.
