Rotisserie Chicken Nachos Fiesta
A delicious and cheesy nacho dish topped with shredded rotisserie chicken and fresh ingredients.

rotisserie chicken, shredded

tortilla chips (about 10-12 oz)

shredded cheddar cheese

black beans, drained and rinsed

jalapeño

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
On a large baking sheet or oven-safe dish, spread an even layer of tortilla chips.
Evenly distribute the seasoned rotisserie chicken over the tortilla chips.
Sprinkle black beans over the chicken layer.
Add diced tomatoes, jalapeño slices, and diced avocado over the top.
Generously sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over everything to create a cheesy layer.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
Once the nachos are out of the oven, remove from heat and let cool for a minute.
Top the nachos with dollops of sour cream, and sprinkle with chopped cilantro, sliced green onions, and pickled jalapeños if desired.
Serve immediately while hot and cheesy, and enjoy!
