Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.
Roll the dough out to about 1/2 inch thickness. Using a donut cutter or two circular cookie cutters (one larger and one smaller), cut out donut shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the donuts in the preheated oven for approximately 12-15 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Allow the donuts to cool for a few minutes on a wire rack.
Notes
Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar or coated in melted chocolate and sprinkles for added flair.
