Instructions
In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
Add the ground chicken or turkey and cook until browned and fully cooked through, breaking it apart with a spatula (about 5-7 minutes).
Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the coleslaw mix and cook until the veggies are tender but still crisp (about 3-5 minutes).
Pour in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and fold in the chopped green onions.
Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds on top for a nice crunch and additional flavor.
Notes
Serve in individual bowls, drizzled with extra soy sauce and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. You can also add additional sliced green onions or a side of crispy wonton strips for crunch.
