Creamy Ranch Chicken Bliss

cream cheese, softened

chicken broth

shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chicken breasts.
Pour the chicken broth over everything in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir into the creamy mixture.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir well until melted and combined.
If using, fold in the cooked bacon bits for extra flavor and crunch.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Serve the creamy ranch chicken over rice or in a bun, topped with extra green onions for a pop of color.
