Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Layer the thawed hash browns evenly at the bottom of the greased baking dish.
Spread the crumbled breakfast sausage over the hash browns, followed by the diced onion and chopped bell peppers.
Pour the egg mixture over the top, ensuring an even distribution throughout.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares.
