Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until the chicken is evenly coated. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and celery.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.
Once the chicken has marinated, use a pan over medium heat to warm it up for about 5 minutes or until heated through.
Place the warm buffalo chicken on top of the salad mixture.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
Top the salad with sliced avocado and sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese if desired.
Serve immediately to enjoy the warm chicken with crisp greens.
