1
cup

4
tablespoons

4
cloves
garlic, minced
1
tablespoon
fresh parsley, chopped

0.25
teaspoon
black pepper
0.25
teaspoon
red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well blended.
Lay out each tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the garlic butter mixture over one side of each tortilla.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the buttered side of each tortilla.
Carefully fold each tortilla in half, cheese side facing in, to create a half-moon shape.
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes.
Place the folded tortillas in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer).
Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once done, remove from the air fryer and let sit for a minute before slicing into wedges.
Notes
Serve warm on a wooden board or a colorful plate. Garnish with extra parsley and a side of marinara sauce or sour cream for dipping.
